Host app runs on port 3000 (localhost:3000); Animation on port 3002.
The colors, radius, and fonts here come from apps/docs/app/globals.css— not the same file as the host. Compare with the Web app: you should notice a clearly different theme while the shared shell (menu, dark mode) still matches this app's variables.
